Free in-home consultation

Meet your caregiver before you decide.

Non-medical home care across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks and Chester counties. We visit, listen, and give you a written care plan and the exact hourly cost. No obligation and no long-term contract.

  • Meet them first. If the fit isn't right, we find someone who is.
  • The cost in writing before anything is signed.
  • A note after every visit, and a coordinator who answers the phone.

What happens next

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

  1. 1

    We call you back

A care coordinator, not a call center. We ask what a normal day looks like and what you'd like help with.

Same day · About 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Free in-home visit

We meet everyone at home and walk through the day together. You get a written care plan and the exact hourly cost.

Within a few days · About an hour

  3. 3

    Meet your caregiver

We match on need, schedule, temperament and language, and introduce you before the first shift.

    Before care begins

  4. 4

Care begins, and we keep checking

A note after every visit. A supervisor checks in during the first week, and the plan changes whenever life does.

Know how the day went.

Payment

Straight answers about cost.

We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. We help you read the policy, complete the paperwork, and bill the carrier directly where the policy allows. You'll see the hourly cost in writing before you commit.

A note on Medicare. Medicare does not pay for ongoing non-medical home care, such as help with bathing, meals, companionship or housekeeping. It covers short-term skilled nursing and therapy, usually after a hospital stay, which is a different service.
